Ingredients:
1kg Unshelled Peanuts  2 cups melted Unsalted Butter  1/2-3/4 cup Vegetable Oil  1 tsp. Salt  1 to 1 ½  cup Brown Sugar or Honey (adjust to your taste)     Procedure:  1) Using a pan without oil, transfer the peanuts and toast it under a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Then remove the peanuts from the pan after taasting, and allow it to cool down completely.  2) After cooling the peanuts, pour the peanuts into a food processor or blender, allow it to grind the peanuts for 2 – 3 minutes or until the peanut mixture is smooth. If you don’t have your own food processor or blender, you may grind your peanuts at the market.  3) Remove the crushed peanuts from the food processor or blender and transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter, oil, sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients together using a hand mixer or wire whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Ready to transfer in a jar.  **Shelf life is 3 months
